BNN OIL AND GAS LIMITED is a wholly owned indigenous oil and gas servicing company located in Nigeria. Since 2019, we have been building a worldwide reputation for service and technical expertise that together with our huge resources, places us in the forefront of the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.
We are privately-held Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (EPCIC) company specializing in turnkey projects for customers that produce, process, store and distribute the world's natural resources. We are fully registered with the corporate affairs Commission (CAC) and the Department of Petroleum Resource (DPR), an arm of the Nigeria government departments that cater for the registration of companies in Nigeria, as well as companies that operates in the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.
We serve a number of key industries, including Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, Construction, Engineering companies' governmental, power and other general heavy duty industries.
With an unlimited number of craftsmen as resources, we can safely and reliably handle the most challenging and demanding projects within Nigeria and the rest of Africa Continent

Corporate Structure
BNN OIL AND GAS LIMITED is a privately owned limited liability company, with a head office located in Port Harcourt River State Nigeria.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors has the overall primary responsibility for the day to day management of the company, who also in terms supervises the entire management team.
It is also the Board of Directors that determines the direction and policies of the Company with regards to business strategy, accounting and finance and appointment of the management team.
The Board of Directors comprises of three members, among whom one of them is part of the management team. The company ordinary general meeting elects the Board of Directors,

The basic principal that governs all our directors and employees is that all BNN business activity should be carried on with loyalty to the interest of our customers, suppliers, fellow employees, strategic partners, shareholders and the community.
BNN is and will always be committed to a high standard of business conduct. This means conducting business in accordance with the spirit and letter of applicable laws and regulations in accordance with international best practices.
The main role of the Code is to promote:
- Honest and ethical conduct, including the ethical handling of actual or apparent conflicts of interest between personal and professional relationships;
- Avoidance of conflicts of interest, including disclosure to an appropriate person or persons identified in the Code of any material transaction or relationship that reasonably could be expected to give rise to such a conflict;
